Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Spending As Bloated As Her Ego

Hillary Clinton likely wishes she could get the money she spent on her failed campaign back. Clinton campaign spending was a bloated as her big fat white asego.

I’m not sure how many Haitians you can buy with $1.2 billion, but it beats having warehouses full of “I’m With HER!” t-shirts. In what showcases the difference between Liberalism and Conservatism, Clinton campaign spending was 2-to-1 of Trump’s.

Apparently motivation to stay out of prison put Hillary Clinton on a political shopping spree.

As the Washington Times reported,

He may be a billionaire, but President-elect Donald Trump showed during the presidential race that he knows how to stretch a buck.

The Republican candidate and his backers spent only half that of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and her supporters on the way to his Nov. 8 victory, according to media reports on campaign spending released Friday.

The Clinton campaign, Democratic Party and pro-Clinton expenditure committees and PACs spent a record $1.2 billion, twice as much as the $600 million laid out by the Trump camp, Republicans and pro-Trump groups, the New York Post reported.

Sadly, Hillary Clinton campaign spending would have been more, had she collected more. Towards the end of the campaign, I got the feeling that Hillary was going to put Chelsea and Bill on street corners to pay for the campaign.

Hillary Clinton ran the most expensive campaign in history, eclipsing even Barack Obama. And that Negro spends money like a rich man’s mistress.

Here are the top 3 previously most expensive campaigns:

3. Barack Obama in 2008 – $780 million

Democratic Party nominee Senator Barack Obama defeated Republican Party nominee Senator John McCain to become the first black president in the history of the United States. He won both the popular vote and the electoral college.

Obama’s total vote amount of 69.5 million votes was the highest amount ever won by a presidential candidate. That’s not the only record Obama set. The Democratic nominee raised $778 million, making it one of the most expensive presidential campaigns until that moment.

2. Mitt Romney in 2012 – $845 million

Former governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney, lost the presidential race, but he put out a good fight. The Republican nominee got 61 million votes and managed to raise nearly $845 million for his campaign. For example, Bush, when he won in 2004, obtained only $370 million for his campaign.

As a runner-up, Romney took part in what is considered one of the most expensive presidential campaigns in the history of the United States, $6 billion was the total amount spent in those elections, on campaigns, outside groups and independent organizations.

1. Barack Obama in 2012 – $875 million

Barack Obama got re-elected in 2012, winning both the popular vote and the electoral college, He became the eleventh President to win a majority of the popular vote more than once.

Obama got 65.95 million votes and 332 electoral votes that secured him another four years at the White House. With big costs? Yes! The democratic nominee raised almost $875 million. $52 million went only for online advertising, therefore we can call this the number one entry in our most expensive presidential campaigns top.

Keep in mind that Democrats are constantly fighting for campaign finance reform, yet they have run the most expensive campaigns in history.

The good news is America and Hillary Clinton witnessed campaign finance reform, Donald Trump style.

Trump was frugal in his spending, and highly selective. He targeted the spend, including when and where. By contrast, Hillary Clinton blanketed the country. Spending money on ads certainly beats having to show up, and face the crowds.

Had Hillary Clinton won, she would have owed everybody, except the American public.

As for why Trump spent less, the article explains,

The latest Federal Elections Commission figures back Mr. Trump’s assertion six months ago that there was no need for him to amass at least $1 billion to run a successful race against the former Secretary of State, given the former reality television star’s ability to draw free media.

“There’s no reason to raise that,” Mr. Trump told Bloomberg in June. “I just don’t think I need nearly as much money as other people need because I get so much publicity. I get so many invitations to be on television. I get so many interviews, if I want them.”

Though the press is no friend to Trump, he used them to his advantage. Because of this, Trump maintained a loyal support base, and over time proved the media to be corrupt.

The final contrast between the campaign is seen in remaining funds.

While Hillary Clinton has less than $1 million, the Trump campaign has almost 8 times, with $7.6 million remaining in the coffers.

Congratulations on Second Place, Hillary.
