Politics is a bloodsport. And newly-minted Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez now finds herself in a fight.
It’s easy to be popular and hit the talk-show circuit. But growing popularity in DC creates more enemies. And let’s face it; AOC makes herself an easy target.
Obviously, she’s stupid. I’m not telling you anything you haven’t realized for yourself. Everybody knows AOC is stupid, except AOC. And her ideas wreaked havoc in New York, so much so that the governor begged Amazon to reconsider their move.
Forget the Green New Deal, but killing 25,000 high-paying, tax-producing jobs is the height of stupidity. A move only a braindead communist would make.
This move may have propelled AOC to front-page media status, but it did much more. Killing the Amazon deal made Democrats officially “anti-business”. And now a poll released this week found that only 12% of New Yorkers consider Ocasio-Cortez a “hero” after she helped sabotage the Amazon deal.
Thousands of jobs and billions of dollars gone on the whim of a bartender-turned-Congresswoman.
The poll reported that “38 percent label her a villain.”
AOC fights back, blaming Republicans:
We can’t gloss over it, or quietly consider that the “shrewd” thing to do is nominate someone who won’t be subject to bigoted attacks.
Morally, we can’t give a pass to this dangerous tactic.
But even politically, the Dem base is all the people you demoralize by not standing up.

What does a poll about her killing a deal have to do with bigotry? Or gender, as AOC implies in her ramblings?
Ever had a friend take on a new hobby? They know little about it, but are all into it. Then it dominates all discussions. They join clubs, and every weekend attend a gathering for their new hobby.
While you want to get together with him, you know the topic will be dominated by “the new hobby”. If they are into building kit rockets, even your mention of a new restaurant will invoke something about their latest rocket. They speak as if they build rockets for NASA, but barely know their own model-building hobby well enough to speak authoritatively on the subject.
Such is AOC. She found a new hobby…politics.
And while knowing absolutely nothing, she believes she knows it all. And despite showcasing abject stupidity, AOC loves the camera.
Most people would be embarrassed by her interviews. So they would choose to limit them, stay on subject, and learn more and more behind the scenes. AOC pushed all-in months ago, and dedicates herself to Leftist stupidity. She’s happily backed herself into a corner.
I’ve said the high-ranking Democrats detest her. And they will get her. For now, all they need to do is wait for her to implode on the weight of herself. Base on these recent polls, that implosion occurs as I write this.
AOC reminds me of Obama. Dumb, yet popular. And like Obama, her entrance marked the height of her popularity. Let’s see how she handles the fall.
