Thanks to the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team, another child predator is off the streets.
As it turns out, he was deported nine years ago, but stayed in the US under soft immigration policies.
Elmer Castro, the 41-year-old illegal immigrant, hails from El Salvador. Apparently Castro spent seven years sexually abusing the same child, starting when she was 5 years old.
All I can say is thank God for President Trump. He’s not afraid to be the “bad guy” with his tough stance on immigration. Now, our police have the backing to put these criminals in check.
Fox News elaborates:
“Our mission is to catch the bad guys, the most violent among us…” U.S. Marshal Matthew Harris said in a news release. “But I can tell you when we are able to get a child predator off the streets, and those who hurt and abuse our children, those arrests are the most satisfying.”
At the time of his arrest, Castro was living around the corner from an elementary school, according to KUTV.
How many times does this story have to play out before liberals get it through their thick heads? Trump isn’t keeping migrants away. He’s keeping criminals out. There’s a huge difference.
Criminal History
Over the past three years, I’ve personally written about more rapes, murders, and horrific crimes against children than I care to rehash.
I recall one story in which a young girl was repeatedly raped by the man who trafficked her. He pretended to be her uncle. Instead, he knew a child was the perfect decoy to get him through our doors more easily.
Unfortunately, that story is not unique. Another story that plagues my thoughts involved the murder of a mother and her unborn baby.
In January 2011, ICE arrested Armando Rodrigo Garcia-Ramires through the Criminal Alien Program of San Antonio. This program “prioritizes criminal illegals for deportation.”
But, a month later, ICE released Garcia-Ramires back onto the streets.
And again, In April 2016, Garcia-Ramires re-offended and was again apprehended by ICE. This man should have been sent expeditiously back to Mexico.
However, the following month, ICE re-released him FOR THE SECOND TIME.
At this point, the arrests must seem like a game to Garcia-Ramirez.
Under Obama, he had yet to be held accountable for either of his crimes. Shortly after his second release, Garcia-Ramires impregnated 15-year-old Jennifer Delgado.
Consequently, nine months later, just before Delgado’s due date, he shot her multiple times in the head.
Afterward, he shot himself in the mouth – a purported suicide attempt. The self-inflicted wound was obviously minor. He was treated and released from the hospital.
Finally, authorities booked Garcia-Ramires into Bexar County Jail. Subsequently, ICE finally placed an immigration hold on him.
But, the story gets worse.
The teenage victim was his stepdaughter whom he had raped. Investigators report the victim has a one-year-old son, fathered by Garcia-Ramirez as well. The victim was no more than 13 when Garcia-Ramirez raped her.
I wish I could say these stories are few and far between. But honestly, I come across this kind of heartbreak on a daily basis. And it’s as if people are numb to the horrific tragedies, as if they are just a casual part of life.

The Castro arrest is among a string of recent sex crime arrests involving illegal immigrants. Nestor Lopez-Guzman, also from El Salvador, was arrested in July and is accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl and her brother in Montgomery County, Maryland — the same area where an illegal immigrant is accused of raping a woman at a Rockville hotel.
In Germantown, two illegal immigrants are accused of raping an 11-year-old and, in a separate case, another illegal immigrant is accused of raping a 16-year-old at Knifepoint, according to FOX5.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in North Carolina arrested Oscar Pacheco, a Honduran national, on Aug. 9 after he’d been released by local authorities who’d charged him with first-degree rape and indecent liberties with a minor.
What’s the Draw?
Considering so many of these stories exist, one has to wonder why liberals fight to protect illegal immigration. We spend massive amounts of money fighting the war on drugs. We also fund campaigns against drunk driving. In both these instances, we hear people say “if we can just save one life…”
Well, stop illegal immigration and we’ll save quite a few lives. These are 100% preventable crimes. If these people can’t sneak in, they can’t hurt anyone. So why doesn’t this issue ring in the hearts of leftists? Where is the passionate outcry? It doesn’t exist in Leftist America.
The reason is simple. Liberals need illegals to vote. Thus, they turn a blind eye to the ugly truth. But I’d like just one Democrat to step up and give us a name. I’d like them to name the one child who deserves to be raped or murdered in the name of protecting illegal immigration?
