A Florida woman received the shock of her life when she learned her rapist would never face the consequences of his actions.
Instead, the illegal immigrant was sent back to Guatemala, where one can bet he’s already planning his next attempt at sneaking into the United States.
The woman chose to keep her name anonymous, as sex crimes are especially horrific for the victims.
However, she clearly wishes the state would prosecute her attacker instead of sending him packing.

An illegal immigrant arrested in Florida on a sexual battery charge has been deported to Guatemala, according to authorities.
But the woman who claims she was his victim says she would have preferred that he be held in Florida and prosecuted.
“I was in shock. He’s still free,” the woman told the Miami Herald. “He didn’t get in trouble for anything. It didn’t make me feel better. It made me feel worse.”
Sadly, it all comes down to the bottom dollar.
Apparently, deportation was the fiscally responsible move.

Michael Meade, a field operations director for enforcement and removal operations for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said it was against ICE policy to discuss details of the specific case. But he said ICE tries to work with prosecutors to find the best solution for when to deport a detainee versus when to hold that person for trial.
“It’s a risk assessment we do on every case, especially on a case in which someone has been arrested on a serious, violent crime,” Meade told the Herald. “It’s a balancing act. We are very cognizant of victims’ rights.”
ICE says more than 1,300 people were deported last year from Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands even though they had “pending criminal cases,” according to the Herald.
One advantage of deportation, however, is the savings for taxpayers, said Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies.
Of course, that isn’t very comforting, considering most deported criminals don’t waste a day before planning their next entry. So basically, we can expect this guy to victimize another woman. It’s just a matter of time.
Repeat Offenders
Last year, one study found the migrant caravans were filled with previously deported criminals. In fact, for some, re-entry is the challenge to live by.
As the Washington Post reported earlier this year:
One Mexican managed to get deported 44 times in 15 years — which means he also managed to sneak back across the border at least that many times.
The runner-up was ousted 40 times from 2001 to 2015. No. 3, 4 and 5 on the list were deported 35, 34 and 31 times, respectively, according to data provided to The Washington Times by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
While those are the most extreme cases, repeat-illegal immigrants were back in the news this week after police said a twice-deported man was driving drunk in Indiana on Sunday morning when he plowed into pro football player Edwin Jackson and his Uber driver, killing them both.
President Trump tweeted about the “disgraceful” death and called the killing “one of many such preventable tragedies.”
Sen. John Cornyn of Texas, one of the Republicans’ chief negotiators in the current immigration debate, said the fatal crash should be a wake-up call.
Despite all this, liberals insist on supporting illegal immigration.
Just Legalize It
I recall when Julian Castro called for legalization just a few months ago on the campaign trail.
As the fifth democrat to appear on the Fox & Friends Town Hall, Julian Castro made a lot of bizarre statements. The show tackled abortion, the Steele dossier, Hillary Clinton, and other hot topics like immigration.
First, Castro tried to create a viral moment, asking “what in the hell is wrong with that President?” Of course, we know the answer. Trump won’t play ball with the crooked establishment. Thus, leftists brand Trump public enemy number one.
Then, one audience member told Castro her husband was the victim of identity theft at the hands of an illegal immigrant. Castro seemed unmoved as another asked, “Do you determine the number of people pouring into our country to be a national crisis, and what is the solution?”
And here’s where his leftism took over his brain. According to Castro, the best plan is to decriminalize illegal border crossings. Sadly, he actually said, “those of us in Texas know about the border.”
The pure audacity of this guy is unbelievable. But don’t take my word for it, watch for yourself.
Since 2016, Trump has worked tirelessly to secure our southern border. He promised a wall, and democrats refused to follow through.
Yet the public supports Trump’s vision whole-heartedly.
Democrats Need Illegals
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi admits democrats desperately need illegals to vote. In fact, she urged voters to pass a law allowing non-citizens the full rights of all Americans.
And I quote:
“And these newcomers make America more American. [Therefore] we want them, when they come here, to be fully part of our system. Which means not suppressing the vote of our newcomers to America.”
Then Pelosi pitched the importance of passing H.R. 1, the “For the People Act of 2019.” And she likens the dog sh*t legislation to that of the plight of blacks when Democrats were shooting us with water cannons and German Shepherds.
Pelosi says Democrats now wish “to lay the foundation to pass the Voting Rights Act, strengthened after the actions of the Supreme Court, which significantly weakened it.”
Of course, they’re only taking this action because many illegals were busted after voting for Hillary. And when liberals try this tactic in 2020, they want to decriminalize it.
Democrats are so desperate for a win, they don’t mind if a few rapes and murders are the price to pay.
