In that gun battle which occurred early Tuesday, four police officers were shot. This gun fight sparked protests in the city’s downtown area.
St. Louis Police Chief John Hayden told reporters that two officers were shot in the leg and one was shot in the foot. The other was shot in the arm. Hayden said they were hit by gunfire while standing on the side of a police line amid protests in the city.
“As we speak we’re trying to get control out of this city, still hearing gunfire and everything. I don’t know what else to say. This is horrible,” he said. “Thank God, they’re alive.”
Hayden added that he believes “some coward randomly shot at the police line.”

Police were TARGETED. A phenomenon that occurred many times during the Obama era.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that all of the officers were conscious and breathing after being rushed to the hospital.
Fox 2 Now reported that earlier in the day, crowds formed outside the St. Louis Police headquarters in the city. So police set up defensive lines around the perimeter. I remember this same thing happening during the Michael Brown, Jr incident. And like with that period in our history, once the day gave way to night, the relative calm in the city during the day gave way to violence.
A 7-Eleven that is about a block from where my youngest son attended elementary school was looted and set on fire. Not that long ago, a man was shot dead at the very location.
As for the simmering scenario, Hayden noted that a group of 200 or so had no intention of protesting when they started throwing rocks and fireworks at officers. Rocks eventually turned into bullets.
But while St. Louis is one of the most deadly cities in the country, the targeting of police happened all over.
Added to the St. Louis shooting were reports of police being shot in Richmond Va. and Las Vegas. Their conditions were not immediately clear.
Rinse and repeat.
How many times does America need to go through this. Cities burning over the death of a person. We have ways of dealing with police atrocities, and burning down cities isn’t the answer.
And Nancy Pelosi wants Chinese Wuhan Virus funds to pay to rebuild these rotten-to-the-core urban indoctrination centers? Rebuild so idiots can destroy them again? I don’t think so.
Democrats’ policies are responsible for this anarchy. And Obama-era policies in this regard were the worst. Obama brought out the worst in black America. Only an idiot would argue otherwise.
