President Trump knows how to get the DC roaches and swamp rats scurrying. And he recently accomplished that.
Not long ago the president teased recent disclosures about the spying that occurred against his campaign in 2016. He hinted that the information provides him a chance to break the Deep State.
In an interview with journalist Sharyl Attkisson, Trump put Democrats on notice, saying:
“Other things are going to come out, too. And a lot of other things are going to come out, but you don’t even need other things. I would like to see it move much faster”.
Clearly the words of a confident man. And as I’ve asked Leftists to do many times, they need to ask themselves why Trump never looks rattled.
He’s always confident, never wavering.
The same cannot be said of Obama, Clapper, Comey, Brennan, Rice, and the many minions who participated in the attempted takedown of Donald Trump the candidate, and ultimately President Trump.
With Trump’s tease, he continued his offense. Now he openly accuses the Deep State of treason. You can bet he knows the details of the origins of the Russian collusion farce. And now he selectively taunts the Leftists who were part of it.
Trump added,
“If it keeps going the way it’s going, I have a chance to break the deep state. “It’s a vicious group of people. It’s very bad for our country. And that’s never happened before.”
While President Trump has called out a few people over the course of the farce, not long ago he upped his rhetoric on others, including former President Barack Obama.
As CNS News reported at the time, the president referred to the people behind the coup attempt as “human scum”.
President Donald Trump reacted to news Thursday that the Justice Department is dropping the case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, saying that the Obama administration’s efforts to build a case of Russian collusion against Trump are “unprecedented” and the people behind it are “human scum.”
I see the direct attacks on Obama and those in his administration as Trump signaling that he now has enough details to go public. And Obama’s recent appeal to black students at HBCUs to vote in November made Marvin Gaye’s passionate begging in the song Distant Lover look anemic.
“BABY, PLEASE…PLEEASSSE…PLLLLEEEAAASSSE! Come back HOOOMMME!”
The attacks mean something- big.
Recall that Trump called former FBI Director James Comey a “dirty cop,” and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe a “bad guy.” I bet the list of names for these Obama-era scumbags is growing in Trump’s mind.
And who made all this possible?
Trump praised Richard Grenell, the acting director of national intelligence, for declassifying and releasing a slew of documents related to investigations of the Trump campaign.
“Richard Grenell is a superstar. He had guts, he had courage to do what he did,” Trump said.
Democrats have run out of ideas. Their latest attempt to thwart Trump’s efforts to expose the truth died with the riots. Ironically, the riots killed Democrats’ previous attempt at subterfuge when social distancing flew out the window. Now it’s time to pay the rent. And Democrats are broke.
Trump continues his offensive. The hints at what’s coming will soon be followed by what’s actually coming. Team Trump will likely time their release of information with the news cycle, a trick right out of the Democrats’ playbook.
Timed properly, the new information will crush any hopes Democrats have of regaining the White House. But I suspect this gambit by Team Trump is not just for the White House, but more for the down-ticket candidates Trump needs to have free reign in his second term. Imagine an unencumbered Trump who is free to show Americans the real nature of politics, and specifically Leftist politics.
